TO SUPPORT THE
Norwood Young America Library

Welcome

The Friends of the Norwood Young America Library provide funding that supports library programming such as the Lucky Day Book Collection, Summer Reading Program, and programs for children, teens and adults. We hold two book sales each year, one in April and one in October. We also have a table with sale items and information at the annual NYA Community Education sponsored craft sale in November.

What We Do

  • Sponsor the Summer Reading Program for children
  • Provide funding for the Lucky Day Books collection
  • Help fund special programming for children and adults
  • Purchase resources and equipment to support the Norwood Young America Library
  • Sponsor author talks
  • Help fund the Adult Winter Reading Program
  • Help publicize library events
  • Hold two used book sales
  • Raise funds for the Norwood Young America Library
  • Promote the library and the joy of reading
